Don’t Look Up – 2021
Nominated for this year’s best picture at the Academy Awards, Don’t Look Up is likely Netflix’s biggest original content accomplishment to date. Leonardo Dicaprio and Jennifer Lawrence lead a team of scientists in their quest to convince the government of the imminent dangers of an impending comet strike on earth. It is a necessary, if not at times overbearing, reminder of our need to pay attention to what is really happening all around us
